Products received in an unsatisfactory
condition by the buyer may be returned to Art in kart up to seventh day post
the delivery date in an 'as is' condition. For this the buyer must intimate
unsatisfactory condition to us within 48 hours of receiving the
product. Any request made post 48 hours after delivery would not be accepted.
Within 7 days of return of product, we will refund the payment to the
buyer and cancel the order. The unsatisfactory condition will only be covered
for damaged condition/wrong item delivered. Any item purposefully damaged for the purpose of
return will not be entertained.
PROCESS FOR RETURNS
We have a very simple 7-days hassle-free
return policy. If you wish to return any product you ordered, you can do so by
emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, or whatsapp us on
09953662175 to raise a request. You would need to courier back the product at
the premises of ArtinKart as will be mentioned by us in your email.
TIME DURATION FOR RETURNS
Refunds are processed within 7 days of us
receiving the product back at our premises.
For customers who had paid for the order using
their credit cards/debit cards/net banking and other online prepaid modes -
refunds will be directly credited to the same account used for making payments.
For customer who had paid using Cash on
Delivery (COD) service, our staff will email or call you once the product is
received at our premises. We will ask for your Bank Account Number, and IFSC
Code. Once we receive this information, amount will be directly credited to
your bank account.
